I have two girls and we are done. I could not imagine going through pregnancy again and I admire you for doing it four times! People who have never been pregnant don&#39;t know what it&#39;s like and have no idea how much credit you deserve. I definitely felt the pressure that you are describing with my second, not at all with my first. My first one did not want to come out, I almost had a c-section - the second one I felt so much pressure during the birth and I only pushed twice and she was out.
