That EXACT same thing happened to me, except mine was more gradual and then all of a sudden it just got dramatically worse. It took many many doctors appointments to find out that it was allergies (although I still have no idea what the allergy is). My cousin who is a naturopathic doctor recommended constant applications of vitamin e oil (doesn&#39;t sting like olive oil and I&#39;ll swear by it!! It worked!) and antihistamines to bring down swelling and itchiness. I got a 20mg prescription for antihistamines, rather than the 10mg that you&#39;re allowed to buy without a prescription (in Canada anyways) or just take two 10mg tablets. I also took quercitin (you can buy at a vita health type store - not sure what that would be in the UK), omega 3s and 6s, and a probiotic. Hopefully yours doesn&#39;t last as long as mine and isn&#39;t as aggressive. I am just now finally able to wear mascara more regularly but can&#39;t really wear eye makeup other than that :(! I&#39;m really hoping this doesn&#39;t happen to you, as I know how you love your makeup (and look beautiful with it too!). <br /><br />Anyways, hopefully this helps and you are feeling better soon!
