And in time I returned to normal weight +/- My doctor would have loved you! He wanted me to gain 9, what? I just couldn&#39;t. I completely understand the no weighing part, I don&#39;t like to weigh myself either, it&#39;s just not helpful. It&#39;s too triggering.
