#4 by a pretty wide margin. It's very polished and professional-looking, and seems like it suits the style you're going for. Runners-up would be #5 and #18.

So many of the other illustrations are beautiful as portraits and I feel terrible not voting for them, but they don't have the icon/cartoon effect I think you wanted for your illustrations.

#7 is mine and I'm kicking myself I didn't do colour and a more exciting pose after seeing all the great entries.
My honest opinion is the best are #4 and #18(large characters) #4 is very cute but if you wanted to appeal to an older market aswell as teens I'd go #18. As I'm 23 I'd find #4 too cutesy. So it depends on your chosen market. Both are great though. Good luck to the winner!
