These pictures were taken in the freezing cold...but because today's video is a my updated workout routine, I don't have a traditional outfit to show you guys. Instead, here is my workout look courtesy of Lululemon. My workouts are simple, short and require no equipment. You can do them at home (I normally do them early in the morning when everyone else is asleep in my underwear, lol!) and they only take 7 minutes! Although I repeat the workout twice more...so my routine is about 20 minutes. But this is still doable, even if you're a busy mum or have a hectic schedule. If this workout is not for you, I encourage you to check out Lucy's channel for more incredibly effective HIIT workouts. She has loads of them on there and they're all free!
Oh and here's what I looked like right as I was taking off my coat...LOL!!

Love, love your channel!! Never commented but I’ve been following you since we both only had one child. It’s crazy but we have been pregnant at the same time all four times. I was 28 weeks along with Della (3rd baby) when you lost squid. So sorry you guys had to go through that. I gave birth to Ellis (4th baby) October 1, 2018, and started workout 1 about four weeks ago. DeleteI love your workout videos! I just tried the first one the other day and I'm 3 months postpartum. It definitely felt really good and not as hard compared to a lot of other HIIT workouts I've tried. I was wondering if you do each workout for the whole week and then switch to a new one or do you do a new workout routine each day? Thanks!!
