My breakfasts have been quite boring lately but I tend to just reach for the same thing almost every morning because it's easy and quick! Today I had Rude Health The Ultimate Muesli (which is amazing) with almond milk, heated in the microwave for 1 min 30 seconds and that's it! The perfect breakfast which keeps me full till lunch time. I also had a black coffee & bottle of water (like always).
Lunch was a bagel with chicken salad filling (not pictured because I got distracted and forgot). The chicken salad was basically grilled chicken, mayo, peas, cucumber, pickle and some seasoning. It was really yummy and I'm so sad I never took a photo of it! But my two gorgeous girls, Annie & Amy-Lou came round to my house for cake & tea so I was having too much fun and just forgot! They brought me this amazing rocky road cake from Lola's Cupcakes which we all ate a slice of after lunch and I also had a cappuccino...the combination was divine!
For dinner we had mashed potatoes, veggie sausages (these are the Cauldron cumberland style sausages - really recommend them!) and green beans, broccoli & peas. I'm just now realising I ate quite a lot of peas today, hahaha! I had a bottle of water with lunch & dinner.
After dinner I decided to keep it a bit healthy and had an orange with a mini packet of quinoa chips. And that was it!

I grew up in the town you live in and live very near it like you sadly I lost my dad to cancer as well. You give so much inspiration and set such good standards to other girls and women that I really feel that as a mother of two daughters I really would like to say thank you to you as you are very honest and open about your life and you don’t do what other media people do and create a very unrealistic portrayal of your life.You are beautiful inside and out .

ReplyDeleteI am just so happy to be able to read and watch what you're up to, it's like my all time pick me up :) Whenever I need some inspiration or just get in a certain mood I watch one or five of your videos :) Like right now I am watching vlogmas from 2015 and it brings back so much memories...I've been watching your family grow sice I don't know...you were still living in Ireland and Emilia was soo little...It just warms my heart everytime I wear your necklace from the first like, the ,original' one and it also warms my heart that you all are still so sweet and funny...Well, I guess I am just in the mood to express that and then go back and continue in the vlogmas streaming :-D :-)

Hey Anna! I have watched your channel and main channel for so many years now. You are such a wonderful family. I am a mother to 4 children, 7, 5, 3 and 8 months so I know how challenging they can be. I'm trying to start up my own channel and have a few videos up but trying to find the time is hard! Keep on uploading your what I ate Wednesdays! My daughter is 4 mon younger than Emilia, so i was so confused about being a mom that i found your blog/ youtube channel, and i'm in love with you and the whole family ever since. I watch your channel (SacconeJoly) every single day and i love it!
ReplyDeleteAnna, I love and look forward to your WIAW's every week and was so upset when you stopped them! Honestly I used to struggle with eating disorders in the past and you kind of taught me how to eat normally again. I stopped binging and also stopped restricting myself and I enjoy everything in moderation <33 I am much happier now and I think a lot of that was because of you!
ReplyDeleteToday for breakfast I had strawberry porridge with whole milk and a chopped banana, lunch was a swiss cheese salad sandwich, for dinner I had turkey rissoles, mashed sweet potato carrots and broccoli and for dessert a lenny and larrys choc chip cookie (You should really try them, they're vegan and not too bad for you- or at least I tell myself that anyway haha)
