I've put together some colour palettes for you guys...these are similar to the ones I give to my clients. Find your colour palette by determining the undertone of your skin (from my previous video), hair colour and eye colour. Please note that if you are black with blueish undertones in your skin, your palette is Brunette Type 2. If you are black with golden undertones you are Type 1 or Type 3 depending on your eye colour. Also, if you are Asian, depending on whether you are cool or warm toned, you will be either Brunette Type 2 or Type 1, respectively.
If you did the colour test and turned up neutral, this just means that you can get away with wearing more colours. Take a good look at the colour palettes that you think apply to you and figure out which colours work best.
Blonde

Skin: Pink Undertone
Eyes: Blue/Grey/Green
Type 2
Hair: Blonde/Light Brown
Skin: Golden Undertone
Eyes: Brown/Hazel/Dark Green
Type 3
Hair: Blonde
Skin: Golden Undertone
Eyes: Blue/Grey/Green
Brunette
Type 1
Hair: Brown/Black
Skin: Golden/Olive/Yellow Undertone
Eyes: Brown/Hazel/Dark Green
Type 2
Hair: Brown/Black
Skin: Blue Undertone
Eyes: Black/Brown
Type 3
Hair: Brown/Black
Skin: Golden Undertone
Eyes: Blue/Green/Grey
Type 4
Hair: Brown/Black
Skin: Pink Undertone
Eyes: Blue/Green/Grey
Redhead
Type 1
Hair: Red/Strawberry Blonde
Skin: Pink Undertone
Eyes: Green/Grey/Blue
Type 2
Hair: Auburn/Red
Skin: Golden Undertone
Eyes: Green/Blue/Brown

ReplyDeleteWow! I have a pink undertone (fair skin) with Brown hair and Dark Brown eyes- what palette should I use more? I find that both the blue and pink undertone colors work well on me but not all of them.
